Anders Linder appointed new CEO of Northcom

The Board of Northcom has appointed Anders Linder as Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 August 2026. Linder comes from the role as EVP & General Manager, International Government Segment at Vantor. Linder brings extensive international leadership experience from executive roles in Beyond Gravity, Saab and Ericsson, as well as deep knowledge of mission critical communication solutions, satellites and public safety customers.

The Board of Northcom has appointed Anders Linder as Chief Executive Officer, effective from 1 August 2026. Linder comes from the role as EVP & General Manager, International Government Segment at Vantor. Linder brings extensive international leadership experience from executive roles in Beyond Gravity, Saab and Ericsson, as well as deep knowledge of mission critical communication solutions, satellites and public safety customers.

Linder is currently located with Vantor in London but will relocate to Gothenburg. Vantor is an international private equity owned company with more than 2,000 employees, and activities in more than 70 countries. He has a master’s degree in Automation engineering from Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg.

“My journey in technology and leadership has taken me all over the world, most recently spending the last years in London leading international growth in the geospatial intelligence business at Vantor. But for me, stepping into Northcom feels very much like coming home—not just because I am relocating back to Sweden, but because I am returning to the field, I am so passionate about: mission-critical communications”, says Linder.

Current CEO Morten Stomperud will transition to a role on the Board together with the Aars family to continue to develop Northcom from an owner perspective.
