Gyrid Skalleberg
Gyrid Skalleberg Ingerø has extensive management experience in finance, auditing, turnarounds and financial advisory after more than 30 years working with different listed and PE related companies. She has recently served as EVP & Group CFO in Kongsberg Gruppen ASA, a leading global technology corporation within its field. Her previous experience includes banking experience from Nordea, CFO / Investor Relation of Komplett Group ASA, SVP & CFO of Telenor Norge AS and SVP&CFO at Telenor Digital Businesses AS. Prior to her CFO positions in listed companies, Ingerø worked for 8 years in KPMG.
Ingerø is today Board member of Gjensidige ASA, Kitorn ASA, Höegh Autoliners ASA and KID ASA. Previous directorships include varies listed companies over the last 20 years. She has also held several Chair and Board member positions in companies within the Kongsberg Group and Telenor Group.

Steffen Syvertsen
Steffen Syvertsen is the CEO of Å Energi, Norway's largest renewable energy group, with operations spanning the entire value chain. He has led Å Energi through several major transactions that have strengthened the group's position in hydropower, electricity distribution and asset management, establishing Å Energi as a significant player both nationally and across the Nordic region.
Steffen Syvertsen also serves as Chairman of the Board of Fornybar Norge (Renewable Norway), the Norwegian renewable energy industry association. He is an active voice in the public debate on energy policy, with a particular focus on Nordic cooperation and technological development.

Pål Anders Billington is Investment Director at Aars AS, one of Norway's leading family-owned investment companies and majority owner of Northcom. He has extensive experience in private equity and corporate development, having spent nearly a decade at Nordic Capital where he focused on investments in the healthcare sector.In addition to his executive role at Aars and board rola in Northcom, Pål is a Board Observer at Møller Mobility Group. He has also held board positions in several portfolio companies, bringing broad experience in strategy, governance and long-term value creation.

Ask Teigen Aas is an Investment Professional at Aars AS, where he focuses on evaluating and developing long-term investments across a range of industries. Prior to joining Aars, he worked in transaction advisory at KPMG Norway and as an Investment Analyst at Amundsen Investment Management, building a strong foundation in corporate finance, due diligence and investment analysis.
In addition to his role at Aars, Ask Teigen Aas serves as a Board Observer at Northcom Solutions and is a Board Member of Function. He is a CFA Charterholder and brings expertise in investment analysis, governance and long-term value creation.
